IMPORTANT! Below you will find the details of the program.

Before submitting your first payment, please notify us in writing indicating

if you will be using TSG contracts ($150/day or 250/day) or Outside contracts ($210/day or $350/day).

The body should simply indicate TSG contracts OR Other contracts. If you are electing to use TSG contracts please allow time for verifying your contracting status. You will be notified asap.

If contracting with TSG, Agent agrees that all insurance sells derived from the Transfers will be contracted through Family Advantage Plus Group DBA The Stover Group. Anyone found to be in violation of this agency rule or the Guidelines set forth below will be terminated from the program.

Live Transfer Guidelines:

Purchaser is guaranteed a minimum of 3-5 transfers per day HOWEVER, this guarantee is only applicable to Purchasers who are available to receive transfers all day AND who have at least 15 state insurance licenses.

Purchasers who are licensed in less than 30 states qualify to receive a maximum of 3 guaranteed transfers per day. Purchasers who are licensed in 30 states or more qualify to recieve a maximum of 5 guaranteed transfers per day.

In the unlikely event that Purchasers meets these criteria and follows instructions listed below but does not receive the minimum number of daily transfers, Purchaser will be given the remaining transfers on an agreed upon date within one week of the original requested transfer date.

Purchased transfers that are offered to Purchaser but not accepted will count towards the 5-transfer guarantee minimum UNLESS Purchaser is currently on a call with a recently transferred lead. All transfers with a duration of 2 minutes or longer will be considered valid. Transfers will only be replaced if the transferred lead is over 80 years of age and the call duration is 2 minutes or less.

Purchaser must comply with established communication rules in Slack (internal communications portal) to be eligible for call transfers, including but not limited to, utilizing the following prompts regarding transfers: "Ready" when Purchaser is ready to accept transfers; "Break" when Purchaser is not available; "Ready" when Purchaser returns from break; “Ready” immediately after ending a transferred call;  "On a Call" when offered a transfer and Purchaser is currently on a call with the last client transferred; and "Done for the Day" when Purchaser no longer wishes to receive transfers for that day.

All purchase requests and payments must be made no later than 7AM eastern in order for Purchaser to be added to the transfer line-up for the day. No exceptions. All sales are final. If there is an issue with a transfer, you must send an email correspondence to: valariecharris@gmail.com immediately. The email must be received on the same day as the transfer occurred. NO exceptions.Please copy and paste valariecharris@gmail.com to avoid misspelling.

Except as specifically set forth herein, to the fullest extent permitted by law, DaVal disclaims any and all warranties, guarantees, representations, promises, statements, estimates, conditions or other inducements, express, implied, oral, written or otherwise, including without limitation, warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, performance, level of success with respect to any call transfer, and any other warranties arising by usage of trade, course of dealing or course of performance. It is within DaVal’s sole discretion as to how it directs its call transfers and consumer lead data and whether or not to accept an order for a call transfer or consumer lead data from any purchaser.
